By accessing www.lecovas.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. LECOVAS L.L.C. ("LECOVAS", "we", "us") operates this site from the United States.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
Leather is a natural material. Variation in grain, color, and texture between individual pieces is inherent and is not a defect.
Product images are representative. Screen calibration may affect perceived color.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing and description errors at any time.
If an item is mispriced, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund rather than fulfill at the incorrect price.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, reseller activity, or stock limitations.
A contract of sale forms when we send shipping confirmation.
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors, including Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout.
All payment and checkout pages are transmitted over encrypted TLS/SSL connections.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Card data is transmitted directly to our payment processors.
We may use fraud screening tools, address verification, and CVV checks, and may request additional verification before shipping.
You agree not to submit fraudulent payment information. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
Codes are single-use per customer unless stated, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied retroactively.
Codes may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
We may void codes obtained through unauthorized distribution or bulk redemption.
The LECOVAS name, logo, product designs, site content, photography, and copy are owned by LECOVAS L.L.C. or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or use our content or marks commercially without prior written permission.
If you submit reviews, photographs, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business.
You are responsible for content you submit and must not submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading material.
You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, or interfere with site operation or security.
Except as expressly stated and as required by applicable law, products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or remedy that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable federal or state consumer protection law, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and state implied-warranty statutes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LECOVAS L.L.C., its members, officers, and employees from claims and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State NM, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in NM.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt informal resolution in good faith for 30 days.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us.
